fleet. Here are some highlights:
Customer Service - Yma, Katie,
and Christine have taken well over a million orders.
They know exactly what information is needed to ensure that your delivery
is on its way properly and accurately.
Dispatch - The nerve
center at QMS is manned by three gentlemen who together have over 60 years
of dispatching experience. If Joe and
Dave can't pinpoint an address
within 50 miles of Washington, it's time to call
the local fire station.
Sales - Michael is
charged with not only bringing on new business, but making sure that
current customers are satisfied with the speed, reliability, and courtesy
of our operations.
Administration - Our management team has over
fifty years of industry experience. Still, we don't rest on our laurels.
QMS is constantly striving to reinvent itself to keep up with a
fast-changing, technology driven business.
Dave Goldman, our operations
manager, works with our couriers, customer service reps, and dispatchers
to ensure quality service on every delivery.
Vashti Poma, our Controller
and Treasurer, tracks all the money,both incoming and outgoing.
John Winslow, company Vice
President, is in charge of Linestanding.com, web development, and
expanding into new markets and niches.
Mark Gross, company
President and Owner, is charged with staying on top of industry
developments and providing QMS with direction.
Here's baby Velo, the newest addition to the QMS family. He was born
to 94 Chito and 52 Christine Bartolome on August 13th, 2007. He is
eligible to take over his Dad's number in Summer 2028.
